Moore Than Gourmet Catering
Executive Chef and Owner, Bob Moore, began his catering career in the Culinary Arts after graduating with honors from Johnson and Wales University in Charleston S.C.  While attending Johnson & Wales, Chef Bob, first realized his passion for catering and chose to pursue an internship with The Charleston Place Hotel.  While working for this five star hotel Bob gained first hand experience and knowledge in catering for large scale functions.  After graduating, Bob moved back to Charlotte, NC where he continued to pursue his catering career with a large, reputable catering company for several years.  It was here that he gained more confidence in his abilities and realized that there was a distinct desire for "Moore" quality catering companies  in the North and South Carolina region.  He then set his sights to establish Moore Than Gourmet.  Chef Bob strives to provide each customer with a unique catering experience through unsurpassable service and an exquisite presentation.  In order to achieve this high measure of quality, Chef Bob personally attends and manages each catering event that is booked, ultimately setting this company apart from all of the rest.
